Would somebody be able to help me? I'd really appreciate it.

So, how many of us are going to break down when we discover there's actually a step 5?

I've tried not to think about it.

There absolutely positively is no step 5. And it most certainly will NOT involve a mysteriously named concoction that nobody can figure out the parameters for and you can't tell me any different.

That would be:
*3g Babaa wool soaked to 264
*3g Crushed jurpleberries desiccated to 136 in Power.
*Add 6g of two other components without doing anything to them (=

*gives you a big magic cookie of lurve and admiration*

Baa Baa Wool - soak to Enchantment and Power are equal to 264
Jurpleberries - Dessicate til Power is 136
Make a composite of these 2 and 2 other ingredients Don't do anything to the last 2, just add them Check your numbers carefully

Whaddaya wanna bet that one of the prizes is a Sophies "At-Home" Lab Kit?

Edit: *gleefully claps up and down once her thrid composit is made*
*sits down realizing she was shaking from making sure she didn't dry or soak her items too much* Okay... this is getting a LITTLE intense here...

they should include a working fire so we can throw it into it

OH NOES!!!!

I made my 3 composite but...apparently added something to it (I'm guessing instead of making a new composite when I was trying to make the goo), and now it's all messed up. And I didn't write down what I did...
You can all mock me now, but if you could help me out that would be super.

Quantity: 12 grams
Relevant property: Enchantment
Target value: +65 +/- 2
Relevant property: Power
Target value: +102 +/- 2

I need help with this latest data

Quantity: 12 grams
Relevant property: Conjuring
Target value: +70 +/- 2
Relevant property: Power
Target value: +105 +/- 2

Any combinations would be useful.
Thanks.

Concerning the hints Sophie may be dropping us: what if "nightmare" isn't referring to an ingredient, but a property? Specifically divination?

(from http://www.answers.com/topic/divination )

divination

Practice of discerning the hidden significance of events and foretelling the future. Divination is found in all societies, ancient and modern, though methods vary. In the West, psychics claim innate ability to predict the future, and horoscopes, palm reading, and tarot cards are popular methods of divination. Other methods involve or have involved interpreting dreams, discovering omens in natural events, reading the entrails of animals, casting lots, and consulting oracles. Divination has long been viewed as the province of specially gifted persons, such as prophets, shamans, and magicians.

Bold is mine. It might be nothing, but I thought I should throw it out there just in case. And appologies if it's already been brought up.

I'd suggest using 3g Bloodfern Foam (split it into a 2g and a 1g if you're short on time - but don't split it further because you can only combine 5 things together in a composite). Soak it to the max, then raise power to 420 using crush. Then go between burning and crushing to raise Conjuring to 280, while keeping Power at 412-428 (burning raises conjuring and lowers power slowly, crushing raises both really fast).

Now you should have Conjuring at 280 and Power somewhere between 412 and 428.
Make it a new composite, then choose 3g of any 3 different unused ingredients (don't use more bloodfern) and combine the composite with those.

The same thing I did with mine (points to helpful advice up above) should work for you.
Wool Soaked to 264 Enchantment
Jurpleberries Dessicated to 136 Power
2 extra ingredients, do NOTHING to them, just add them.

I certainly haven't seen it yet so kudos ;)

I'm pretty much spent on ideas right now, I'm just surfing the neoboards looking out for interesting theories and checking them out myself, the thing is the combination required could hve seriously specific parameters and it looks to me like people are pretty much only trying the effects of maxing things out.
