Need Website Layout! Will pay 100,000 np or more!

The current layout of my website is so screwed up it'll take forever to fix it, I did this HTML TIDY thing and my website had 185 warnings and 1 error, so thats pretty bad. Ok well anyways, I need a layout that looks similar to this one:

It needs to have the bar on the left and right hand side and all that white text area in the center. And at the bottom of the page there should be an area where I can put copyright info and all that, similar to that site.
The colors of the layout should look similar to the old site http://www.tnmg.ssxh.net/about.php.
And for a banner for the top of the site just use something like this http://www.tnmg.ssxh.net/images/header_top.png and maybe put a shoyru on it or something http://images.neopets.com/pets/happy/sh ... d_baby.gif.
Would you guys be able to help? I know this sounds like a bit of work but the pay is good

well i don't think anyone here will help you, not even for 20,000 NP. In the real world

i would charge over $150 for that and that is a VERY cheap price.

Anyway, i don't think you should go with the old sites color scheme because, no offense, its ugly. The blue and yellow don't match.

I bet that now someone is going to say something like: "You can't offer service for neopoints." Just wait and see:)

Hehe, I might be able to code you something, in valid XHTML 1.0 Strict. But then you need to keep it valid later on too

And I will only do the coding, cause I suck at making graphics. I might make some plain looking things, just to have something there. But not that much more. I will only do the layout coding, that menu Neoholic have, you'll need to fix that yourself it you want it. I will make a simple one though

And I'll make it for free, no neopoints (because I don't play neopets) and no money.
Only thing is: What you get is what you get. I won't use any IE-only scrollbar colors, or any fancy iframe (not part of XHTML Strict) or anything that shouldn't work on any browser not being IE.

And I can't guaratee (spelling wrong, I know) that it will look exactly like that, but I'll try anyway. I'm not a pro, so don't expect it to hold professional standards. Although it will be 100% valid, but there might be something I've done in a stupid way anyway.

It might take a while, but I'll start right away.

Just need to know some things:

Does your host support php?

What do you want on the site btw? I mean, what parts? What alternatives should exist in the menu?

Want to use a script for updating news?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by what alternatives should exist in the menu. If you want to know what I want there then just everything thats currently on the guild website menu, other than that i'm not quite sure what you mean.

And a script for updating news would be great

Yeah my host is having server upgrades or something so they keep going down and then all the sites with them go down. And I have msn I could add you too

You're not supposed to use neopet images for your neopet pages, it is against the rules. Having the neopet images on a banner or something is editing the graphic for your own use and that's not allowed. So you might want to do something else for the main graphic.

First time i looked at the terms thingy for neo in a long time. Its even changed. However, no where in that part it says you can't edit the images. When i played neo there was no part that said: "offer you services". Anyway, just remember to include the copyright.

Yep, the editing of images is fine I would think, as long as you don't say that you made them.

Here's a letter I recieved from TNT awhile back that explains more.
