I could technically code this myself, but exams are looming and I've already spent too much time making the background itself, playing around with vectors and whatnot. =P

Er, transparent scrollbars aren't possible aren't they? Well, anyway, I want everything but the arrows on the scrollbar to be #91D2FF. The arrows should be #0774C2.
