It could be that the operating system itself is having problems using the video driver. kernel32.dll is part of the Windows Kernel. Simply, it's something needed to run correctly for Windows to run properly. Since it's causing problems, there's a high possibility that there's something wrong with Windows.

Now it keeps on saying kernel32.dll is causing errors in different things...
I has always caused an error in my webcam program....

All Windows operating systems can have kernel32 errors. It can be a memory fault or a damaged file system.

The only way to remove K32s I found was to reinstall windows. Only almost guarantee.

Do you have a restore disc? If so, put it in, and boot the computer. (Warning.. be sure to backup ;))I think you can format from the cd. not sure though.
But, if you don't have one.. you have to.. buy an os.

i don't think you should reinstall windows ME. If anything go back to 98. If you want to though, you have to change your boot sequence in the BIOS to CDROM first. (i've never really installed a windows OS but thats what you do to install linux).

Since these are no longer temporary forums, I will update my signature.

Your video resolution and refresh rate are out of range. You'll need to set it lower to see the image correctly.

Is there any place that I can download spybot s&d for free(and legal)? I really need it on my PC.

Spybot IS free. Go to http://www.download.com/ or http://www.majorgeeks.com/ and search for it.

Now I will say the word I say the most to you.

Right Click the Desktop > Settings. See the triangular-like bar? Slide it to the left. Going left means making the resolution lower. Understand now? Numbers will show up, like 800x600. Slide it until you see that. If that doesn't work, make it go lower, like 640x480. Did I lose you again?
