2 flash player errors

I have recently started getting errors.
The first is a box that appears around Flah windows, and a message saying Click to activate and use this control.
To use any flash control (Lost desert, shops page etc) I have to click in the box, then I can use the links.
The second is a message saying "A script in this movie is causing Macromedia Flash Player 8 to run slowly. Do you want to abort this script?"
It doesn't matter if I choose yes or no, the control freezes up IE or Firefox, making it impossible to carry on.
I get this on the Ikea website strangely enough when trying to design our new kitchen or bedroom

arogance, I think it's a Microsoft update, specifically 912812 -- I have not installed this yet. But everyone who has is getting the "activate" thing. There is a fix if you're using SP SP2 - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917425/

thanks so much, thats has fixed the activate problem
