Photoshop problem: Can't save

After finishing my Photoshop project, when I tried to save the file, an error occurred: "could not complete your request because of program error"
What should I do? o_O

have you first tried re-installing it?

I've had that error come up before; sometimes that's just a result of usage. Try closing, then reopening Photoshop and then save.
