I'm starting Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult. I read three of her books already and I own four others which I need to read too.

Wintersmith by Terry Pratchett
and
Paradise of the Blind by an author I can't quite remember now.

re-reading Bram Stoker's Dracula.

I love that book. I just wrote a big essay on it for Gothic Lit.


I just finished "Keeping Faith" by Jodi Picoult. She's quickly becoming a favorite of mine.

I first read Dracula when I was like, 9, so I want to remember more of it!

Jodi Picoult's stuff is all right for light reading but it gets a bit annoying. It's pretty forumlaic and predictable. Meh.

I like that her books make me think. She doesn't have the best prose and there's a court case in so many of the books, but I enjoyed sitting back and thinking about the moral implications of "My Sister's Keeper".

I'm slightly ashamed to say I haven't read any Mercedes Lackey before this.

Just finished Rebel Angels by Libba Bray. A fantastic read and, in my opinion, better than the first book of the series, A Great and Terrible Beauty.

Halfway across the galaxy and turn left.


For it is the only thing I've not read about a dozen times.
(Not really a reason to read it, as the book is mind numbingly dull)

Dune.
