Goku Midnight Eye - Vol. 1-3 - OK, the artist is SO stuck on 80s style cyberpunkish future. The main character wears a bare chest and a necktie tied with a sport coat. Weak plot and infallible main character with lots of action and plenty of fanservice...

Tokyo Mew Mew A La Mode - Vol. 1 & 2 - RUN!! HIDE!!! ESCAPE!!! Do what ever it takes to NOT READ THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!! It's a comercially requested and contrived piece of steaming mew poo. (art by Mia Ikumi, Original Concept by Kodansha Ltd) It has NONE of the fluidity of the first series, but rather is just shoved into a plot without developed characters (most of the enemies at least have a name, i think) and the ending is SOOO just dropped in without any real build up. Such a poor show for a halfway decent series. And for the record, I have to stop myself from just pointing out the rest of the horrible problems with this horrible collection.

Yay, another yuyu fan was Yu-Yu Hakusho Volume 7, haven't been able to get 8 yet.

Going to get it tomorrow tho, I still need to get volume 1, I've read, just don't own it. Also, I'm getting an another manga book from my school's book fair tomorrow, I was surprised when I saw they actually had a manga book, let alone one with fighting and explosions. It's called orphan volume 1

Agreed. My inner fangirl was having a major squeefest.

My brother thinks I'm crazy when I say that Gaara is among my top five favorite Naruto characters. (he only knows the story up until the middle of the Chuunin finals). He knows I usually don't go for those murderous villian types.

Appleseed 2-4: Pretty good, not the best thing I've ever read, but it's entertaining. Although I'm really mad because Briareos's face changed mid-series, and now he's not hot anymore. Nor can I tell him apart from all the other cyborg dudes. Other than that, it's definately worth a try at the least.

But don't read it if you've got problems with girls in tight outfits, completely pointless female nudity, and blatantly suggested yuri. -nodnod-
