Mm.. I haven't watched too many complete series, maybe 10 in all, but there are still a few characters that stay close to my heart. Not really in a specific order.

Tsume (Wolf's Rain)
Mae Hughes (FMA)
Reno (FF7-- Not really Anime although he did appear in FF:AC)

I literally bawled my eyes out when watching the final few episodes of Wolf's Rain tonight for the first time. Figures. I'm the one who gets too attached if you know what I mean referring to the top two. *whistles innocently*
