It was the equavilent of blasphemy to not find a topic created on Noir. In my opinion, it's just the greatest anime ever. ^_^ What initially drew me in was the... style. Oh man, some of the moves those chicks pulled, wow. Killing never looked sexier. Heh.

The storyline was acutally really good and intriguing, even thought it took a while to unfold. The ending was a bit of a cop out but I was just never a fan of those endings where you have to interpret it yourself.

So, anyone else who has seen it? Kirika is my favourite... and then after that episode with the ice-cream, OMGROFL'Z~! Too cute.

I've only seen the first dvd, because it is next to impossible to get anime here, so all the anime I get is from the mall and they've never had more than just the first volume.

I adore the show though. I love the music and the scenes. Kirika is my favorite character as well! What I've seen of the storyline is nice so far, but I really want to see the rest.

Have you seen the whole series?

I like both Mireille and Kirika, because they were hired assassins! But still Weiss Kreuz is the best "assassin" anime ever.

I've watched and like Noir, but even though its very similar, I like Madlax better.

I've seen all of Madlax, and hear it being compared to Noir. I have only seen a few episodes, though. I haven't gotten around to watching it.

I finished watching Noir two weekends ago, and I loved it. I adored both Kirika and Mirelle equally, although I preferred Mirelle for quite awhile.

Over all, I thought it ran just a bit too slow at times, but the last episode made everything worthwhile. Until the last DVD, I figured I'd finish watching and never see it again (had rented it). Now I'm saving up to by the series so I can watch it again whenever I want. ^_^

My fave character... Is probably Kirika... though I can't decide... Merielle is great too... Noir also has a great storyline... And music... Especially the opening song o.O;;... FREAKY but good...

I want to see Noir very badly...It looks incredible. I actually saw a preview for it on a movie my brother rented (Godzilla or something), and fell in love with the theme song instantly.

Yu fell in love instantly? ._. Thats not what happened to me... I first heard it and... uhh... got scared o.o... Though I was listening to the full version, which involves a person dieing on a violin at the beggining XP...

After the 3rd listen I was hooked...
