Gwen Stefani...solo act

The video for her new single is weird. Very weird. But I like the outfits, they're cool.

I think the actual song is one of those songs which annoys you at first, and you really don't like it, but then after a while, it starts to grow on you. *nods* I'm trying to think of an example of a song like that. Hmm..well, hopefully you know what I mean.

You can go to launch.yahoo.com and listen to her solo by going to Pop videos. It's weird of me, but I like it a lot. ;x

Yeah, I don't particularly like that song, but I don't hate it like when I first heard it.

I have begun to love her song "What You Waiting For?". I love the way she sounds. And I love the video. Awesome song. If she continues to make better songs, I might consider buying her CD.

I really dislike her single. It's not a song. It's just...sounds...I don't know, I can't describe it, but it lacks a tune, which I find important in music.

I Love the song and the Video even more. Its insane to a degree I like, I've already downloaded it, and I'll probably listen/watch it so much that i'll hate it (Just like 'Hey Ya!').

*dodges tomatoes* Not a big fan of hers.. she kinda creeps me out for some reason. And I'm all about the mellow music.. so yeah.. not digging her new song at all. The video's kind of cool if you mute it though.. XD

I love No Doubt..as well as Gwen Stefani. I think her new song is great. I listen to it all the time, my best friend and I always play it really loud while in the car.

I saw the video once, loved it as well.

That song's grown so much on me in the last few weeks that it's pretty much turned into a favourite. XD

Checked out the album, it's pretty good. In a recent interview, she mentioned that she wanted every song to sound like a single. Looks like she pretty much succeeded- they're all catchy. Nonetheless, some of them are weaker than others, ranging on the scale. But just beware of that "Hollaback Girl" track, it has inappropriate language.

But as much as I like the video, and the song is catchy (Yoshi, that line cracks me up SO much!) I still say Gwen sounds much better with the rest of the band.

I have the same strange facination! Everytime I start to play " American Mcgees Alice" I dress up in my Alice costume. I'm weird.....
I like the song, but it uses a certain garden utencils name a bit to much.

Yeah, it's growing on me too. In fact, I like it! I've always been a fan of No Doubt and I'm chuffed that Gwen's carrying on with her whole originality thing. Also, I must say, she's so pretty without that awful white make up!
