I'm making a playlist of atheist/agnostic/freethinking/generally-doesn't-like-theism songs. So far I have "Dear God" by XTC, "God" by Tori Amos, "Imagine" by John Lennon, and "Kyoto Now" by Bad Religion. Anyone have suggestions for songs I could add?

"Heresy" - Nine Inch Nails

Don't be afraid to see the truth, even if no one wants you to. Be yourself and not a fool. Don't ever be afraid to speak your mind and listen to criticism. Dissent is keeps our country progressive and willingness to challenge yourself is what keeps yourself ever evolving.

Perhaps "Atheist Peace" by Bad Religion or "Minority" by Green Day (although that's more anti-conformity/anti-conservativism than a song about atheism/anti-religion...I think.) I think Mylene Farmer has several songs that might fit on that sort of play list, but since they're in French, they may not do you a lot of good. I'll edit if I can think of any others, but given that I rarely notice lyrics when I'm listening to a song, it's a bit hard for me to notice themes like that.

The only song I know about atheism is the song Muse sings called "Dying thoughts of an Atheist".

I know of a few songs that might be of interest to you:

'Filler' by Minor Threat.
'No God' by Germs
'Opiate' by Tool
'Heresy' by Nine Inch Nails

:)
