Slipknot

Anyone Bought/Listened to the Newest Slipknot CD?

It's alright :/
It is definately not their best CD. Their old stuff is waaay better. There are a few good songs on it, but most aren't that great.
What's your opinion on it?

I much prefer their new stuff. But I can't say I'm really a Slipknot fan.

I was very disapointed with it. It is no where near as good as the old stuff.
I'm going to see slipknot next month so I'll see whether they have changed live or not.
I hope not.

I'm not into slipknot but one of my friends are. He said that they had got more poppy. Is this true?

I quite like it, but I haven't heard much of their old stuff so I can't comment on that.

My favorite CD of theirs, is Iowa. I absolutely love that CD♥
There are a few songs I like from the newest one though, it's not compeltely bad.

Wayy to poppy for my taste, but a few of the songs are quite catchy. It's almost like they're in their 'Hey gang! Let's go try to appeal to even more people!' phase, and some of the songs almost seem like 80's pop hairspray-esque band songs, maybe its just me though.
