Ooh, this is tough...I think I'm going to have to go with some albums that have stood the test of time.
1. "Led Zeppelin (Untitled)" by Led Zeppelin - also called "Led Zeppelin IV" or "ZOSO" - released in 1971.
2. "Led Zeppelin II" by Led Zeppelin - released in 1969
3. "The Piper at the Gates of Dawn" by Pink Floyd - released in 1967

It's impossible for me to name my favourite albums cause they'll definitely change as the seasons pass, but the three I'm currently enjoying are:
1/ It's Never Been Like That - Phoenix
2/ Trompe-l'oeil - Malajube (it's completely in French- the novelty factor might not stand the test of time...)
3/ Tower of Love - Jim Noir
