What is your favourite cover song?

Cover meaning a song which was made before than re-made by another artist. I think mine would be,

My Prerogative - Britney Spears
Thoughtless - Evanescence

Even though "Thoughtless" isn't an official song of Evanescence, they really got me to liking it.

I really like Limp Bizkit's cover of Behind Blue Eyes. I like it even more than the original by The Who.

It's not really official since he didn't record it, (I hope, someday!) but I love You Were There by Clay Aiken. He did it on his most recent tour (Not counting Joyful Noise tour, which is still going on) and I just think it's so cool!

EDIT:

If that doesn't count, I just remembered Bridge Over Troubled Water (by the same artist).

Haha, this is a lesser known one but . . .

the cover Jennifer Saunders (Fairy Godmother) sung ('Holding Out For a Hero') from SHREK 2 was much better than the original, in my opinion.
