Wake Up Donnie

Donnie Darko. It sounds like the name of a super hero. But it's actually the name of a brilliant psychological movie. Not sure what catagory it fits into, but it's a psychological movie. It has one of the most interesting endings ever in my opinion, and I was wondering if anyone else had seen it.

I love it. *hugs DVD* :D I couldn't think of a genre to put it in.

Have you been on the Donnie Darko Website of it yet? It explains a lot of things. Who was your favorite charaters? I liked Frank (Yay for 6 foot dead bunny rabbits!), The chinease girl (I think it was sad when she told Donnie to shut up when he told her everything would be ok) and Drew Barrymore & Noah Wyle's characters (they were just good.)

No, I haven't, I'll have to go on it sometime. :)

I quite liked Drew Barrymore's character myself, I don't know why. I actually like Donnie. :)

I forgot to include Donnie! I think it was funny how the self help coach had that 'thing' in his back room. And I liked that gym teacher. She was the comedy of it.

I've seen the first half. You have no idea how frustrating that is. I keep meaning to get it then I never have time or forget. I've got to get round to that. Ok, tomorrow.

Freaky movie. I've watched it a few times and got my brother to watch it for the first time just a few days ago. He liked it but he didn't get it, so I showed him the Philosophy of Time Travel book on the website. He understands it now, but now he wants to see the movie again so he can see the actual Philosophy of Time Travel in action :P I can't wait to get my hands on the extra features on the DVD.

Donnie Darko is a great film, but Frank's voice scares me so I can't watch it on my own.
