I wanted to see that, and it's on my list of "Things to Rent When I'm Bored". Mostly because I'd love an English narrator more than anything. ANYTHING.
Just recently watched
Waking Life. It was...
good. Interesting. Didn't change my life like everyone said it would, but I liked a lot of the points it brought up.
And right after that,
The Science of Sleep which was a-mazing. Really trippy. One of those things you should watch at 4AM if you're bored.

I watched Music and Lyrics yesterday for valentines. It wasn't bad, but it was pretty corny lol.

Seven Swords. Meh, glorious, meh. It was OK, but I didn't see what all the hype was about regarding the fight choreography; there were a few splendid moments, but they were just that: moments. I did a lot of slouching during this movie. I should get the movie with a very similar name that's considered the great classic.

Hot Fuzz
Was really funny and quite surreal, but some of my friends liked it a lot more than I did. Guess it's an acquired taste..

Hollywoodland - I didn't think it was great. And after seeing the ending, I didn't see the point of the movie.

Same, actually. It was chroniclling practically nothing.

Superman Returns - It was a good movie; definately Bryan Singer's work! I love him as a director, only wish he did X-Men 3!
As for Superman Returns, it was an overall good movie. Some parts were drawn out (Him flying Louis for 48949 years was a bit tedious) but I did enjoy it. I think I expected a bigger climax though.

Saw Evan Almighty today. It was okay. Some fun parts, some boring parts. Just like seeing Michael Scott in action.

You mean Agent Michael Scarn? XD I wanted to see that movie at first but now it kind of looks bad.
Mysterious Skin: Too confusing and disturbing, I had to turn it off at one point.

Hitched - Good movie; I predicted the ending in the beginning but it was good overall. A little bit corny.
The Ant Bully - Loved it, amazing movie with a cute plot. Don't know how it's political as some reviewers say.

Black Hawk Down This is a war movie for anyone who didn't know, somehow. It wasn't entertaining enough to me so I went and did something else in the middle of the movie. Gruesome stuff, I tell you.

Night Watch- A decent movie to watch when your bored. Pretty good effects, but the storyline was a bit bland. So was the ending.
Babel- Good movie. But the connections were weak.

Ocean's Thirteen: There was a bit more humor in this one than the previous two. It wasn't quite as good as the first, but was better than the second. The ending was a bit unexpected.
Evan Almighty: Very funny, and it had a little message in it too. I didn't expect the ending to end the way it did.

Knocked up - I saw this with two of my good friends around opening night. The theater was full of people (which was nice because I like it when the whole theater starts cracking up at a funny part. And especially when one persons laugh stands out causing people to laugh harder
) I thought it was an entertaining flick.
Pan's Labyrinth - It captured my attention quickly, and the effects were cool, but the subtitles made it hard to concentrate and the ending was realllyyyy disappointing. It kind of made me wonder why they put so much effort into creating such dramatic scenes when they were only going to end it in such a flat way.
oh and *shouts: wooo* go heroes!!! (Dragonfire's avvie) Peter is
so dramatic, haha.

1408: Really good, John Cusack is fabulous as always, and of course I love Stephen King.
