It's the fourth season of Canadian Idol! I've never really caught a season, so I'm hoping at least a few people will watch this here at PPT. D:

But you have to remember that "American Idol" is a spin-off of the UK series "Pop Idol", which we dropped in favour of "The X Factor", which the Australians stole.

Anyway, I hope you Canadians pick a better idol that Taylor Ruddy Hicks! Who am I kidding? ANYONE is better than Taylor Hicks!

I'm a little bit confused. Does Canadian idol do one episode in every Province? Then go to the various cities in it?

Well, they screwed up first season with the crappy Ryan Malcolm (I didn't watch it, but he really sucked). Second season was a Clay Aiken wannabe who did make one or two good songs (Kalan Porter -- Again, I didn't watch it but I did manage to watch the finale). Third season they choose an awesome singer, Melissa O'Neil, and she just so happens to be in my CD collection (I didn't watch it, only auditions).

This season, I'll watch like a bit of it, if nothing else is on.

That's what I honestly think of her, her album is just amazing.

The difference is that our version has Simon Cowell and Sharon Osbourne. And lots of water getting thrown in Simon's face.
