Wheee!!! Thing!!! *pets Thing*
*looks at what she just said* Why did that just sound dirty?

The second poster reminds of X-Men.
I hope I'm not disappointed with this movie, seems that comic book movies are doing bad in theaters these days (Elektra, Catwoman, The Hulk, etc...)

The fact that the female member is so overdone with her hair and makeup means she won't be invisible very often. Otherwise why do it?

I have a problem with the second poster. Ok, so they show The Human Torch on fire, The Invisible Woman invisible (partly), and The Thing...well, just as. But why isn't Mr. Fantastic stretching or something?

Because it would look like stupid and stuff. Stretching has to be the most un-cool superpower.

But it's his superpower. Everyone else in the poster is showing theirs, why not him?
And I always thought invisibility was kinda lame.

Guess they couldn't think of a good stance for him involving his superpowers, he could of stretched his arm and gave The Human Torch like bunny ears or something I guess...

Actually, if you read the comic books, Sue has become the most powerful member of the team. She can use her powers to make little force-fields that are inpenetrable, and she can use those to do all sorts of things (like make projectiles or fill someones lungs with them so they can't breathe).
I hope this isn't disappointing...

Interesting...I hope the movie will be as an interesting as the comic was...^^
[edit=had to correct the sentence that didn't make sense...]

I never said I thought Sue was lame. Just that I thought the power invisibility itself was. That power alone, there really isn't much to it.
And yes, I read some of the comic books growing up. Also, when I was little, my grandparents had this 100 + page activity book of the Fantastic Four at their house for my sisters and my cousins to do puzzles in. I would only do the puzzles that had Thing in them. He's my fave....but Sue is ok too

Elastigirl begs to differ.
And I remember thinking, "The Invisible Woman"? Wow, real useful. You're invisible. There's still hordes of angry bad guys that really don't care. But then I figured out she's got all sorts of force fields and projectiles and stuff. She seems like a cross between Violet from "The Incredibles" and Starfire from "Teen Titans," which is cool in my book.

I actually liked Elastigirl's character in the Incredibles, and stretching looks much more natural in animation then done with real people. Even though it would be in animation, you know what I mean...
