How odd is it that I've never read the books but I've been looking forward to a glimpse at this movie? Anyway those minotaur and centaur costumes are pretty cool.

(its not by the way, the magicians nephew is set some time before, and explains the wardrobes magical properties)

Oooo are they going to go all the Cronciles of Narnia? I used to read those as a kid. If I remember correctly they made a cartoon of the book a long time ago. All I remember of the movie version is the turkish delights part. (I still don't know what a turkish delight is)

Great book. Let's hope the movie is good.

This movie was a series. :P I remember that, because I used to have the tapes (there were 2 tapes for LWW). So the trailer LIES. :x

I remember the old movies of the books! In fact I still have the old one of the lion the witch and the wardrobe! I also read all the books! I can't believe I never heard that they were coming out with a new movie until now!! Though I'm worried that they will destroy it, I don't want to make to many predictions! I'll just wait and see!

It's this really gross chocolate thing. If I could be bothered to get up, I'd find a wrapper to find out what's in it, but I'm lazy. (Hehe, I only found out what it was, like, a couple months ago. =P)

The site wasn't loading properly for me, but I hope the movie comes out at least decent...

Turkish delight is yummy it reminds me of my great grandad he always had a tin of it :D

The Fry's version has chocolate on.

I used to watch the series on a sunday afternoon. It was the lion the witch and the wardrobe, then prince caspian and then the voyage of the dawn treader if I remember correctly.

I think they should have made the magicians nephew first.

Actually, some printings of the book made the Magicians Nephew as the second book, sort of like a prequel. Although my editions have it as book one, it's not like it doesn't fit as book two.

Turkish Delight is gross. We bought some when we made a play version of a few chapters of the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (I was Tumnus). The movie versions that I've seen were really creepy.

Anyone else here HATE the last book? I won't give it away, but it was disappointing, especially when one of my favourite characters didn't show up when everyone else did :(

LWW was the only one I really liked..... The others were OK, but that one was good.....Now they'll butcher it in the movie!! lol, Ok, so mabye they won't...still, I'm not overly hopeful.
