Spooky Treasure Map Piece - Different pieces have different prices, try the Help Boards
Flat-u-Less Tablets - 700 np
Toy Sail Boat - 1 np
Pile of Dung - 1 np

There is a useful tool called the Shop Wizard that will give you the prices on items.

That's why you use the Shop Wizard to find the lowest price (or average price)

It could've been a mall shop, too.

Some people think that they can trick other people into buying over priced stuff. Some people (mostly newbies) fall for it but more expirienced people don't.
When I was new to Neopets (like 1 week old) I bought a Split Paint Brush Plushie for 56,000nps. The owner of the shop neomailed me saying, "Crikey! You must be rich. That was supposed to be a gallery."
I had been stupid enough to think it was an actual paintbrush. *blush*

o_o A lottttttttt of money. Definitely at least a 9 if not 10 digit figure.

I would make a post on the battledome chat and ask how much it's worth, or put it on the trading post and see what serious offers you get.
