I got an offer of The Happy Buzz for my Icetravaganza scratchcard -- the book seems to be a genuine unbuyable, with several in the wiz at 100K + and the few in the TP at around 290K . . . but it's almost certainly a hard-to-sell.
I don't mind waiting for NP, but how long of a wait would it probably be? Esp. if I offered the book at a lower price, like 200-250K? Any advice?
