Don't worry too much, your art is absolutely gorgeous too and a lot of the time the Beauty Contest comes down to a mixture of popularity and advertising, if you can do one of them well, you definately have a chance at getting into the higher numbers. Good luck for the rest of the week

Thanks. The advertisng part did not go so well this Friday. Seemed everyone had their votes spent before the contest started. and there's a dumb glitch that I can't put bc links in my sig, so I can only advertise one pet at a time or manually Command (Ctl) + V the shoyru link each post. and also make sure to command + c the shoyru after looking up someone elses entry.

But i did get a few votes though, so I guess that is what matters.

Yeah, I did notice that, not sure what's up with it. I had no problem putting a link in my Sig last week but this week I haven't been able to change my avatar without getting a message about Sig jibberish and I've been asked by a few BC entrants for this week how I got the URL into my Sig (I didn't have an answer, I only knew that I was able to do it the week before). Very confusing, very odd. Good luck with all your advertising on the Neoboards too

I voted! Yay! I stuck to my word.

You can put it in your neohtml box, but that's it. It only fits one entry though. So I have to tack on the shoyru link manually. I doon't always remember to post it so people may vote for one, but never see the shoyru.

On a side account I may still have the one asking for Tairrena's votes, but that isn't much help this week.

Edited to add: Do you use Firefox? If so, there's a cool extnesion called QuickNote, it's like a Notepad built into your browser. When I was advertising Satine, I always kept the link in there, and my short message I used on those "Free Votes" boards, so it would always be ready.

When I was at college yes, but now that i'm on break I'll use either:

At home:

Internet Explorer
Opera

At my mom's place:
Safari - if she has her mac up,
or
Internet explorer and opera if she has her windows one up.
