What's the current value of a commander garoo stamp?

hi, I've got a commander garoo stamp sitting in my SDB, and I'm thinkig about selling it (I'm not entirely sure, maybe I should keep it in case it rises in value) but I have trouble finding out how much it's worth - there are 4 of them at the trading post, but only one is priced, at 20 mil np, which is ridiculous, noone will pay that much for a stamp.

does anyone here have an idea of how much its worth?

The last time I saw an actual price on the auctions many months ago was around 3-4 mil. I don't know how much the price is around now though.
