I belong to a guild called ~*~Island Paradise~*~ we don't give out newbie packs and don't make people donate neopoints or items if they don't want to. The message board is really active and we are all really good friends. There is one member who offers free trades for guild members on fridays and we also have little competitions on the boards suc as riddles etc. It really is great fun. We also help others out when we can such as lending items for avatars, loaning neopoints etc. We trust each other a lot because we have gotten to know each other in the guild so well.
