It is definitely original and its a good original, the light green background is too bright and it's kinda hurting my eyes a little. I like the way you changed the neopets links into altador links. Some of your account details got cut off, and it would be nice to see the number of months you've been on neo under the sheild or am I asking too much?

oh..im a 16monther..why i made the shield big was bcoz the shield position varies from IE to Firefox..so if its big it can cover the actual shield in both browsers

its reallynice, very cool without being gimmicky - Your link bar...I like that you've themed the names but I think it would be cool if you took it even further. Like instead of saying "Altadorian Shops" call it Marketplace or something more "altadorian" "News" could be "Town Crier" - I dunno, I'm a dork when it comes to actually coming up with the ideas, but I bet you could come up with some good ones
