Checking in someone's gallery, it looks like it was released on Meerca Day(Year 6). That was in like 2004 or something... well, if I find one, i'll notify you too. ^___^

That was a few mins ago, hope you've got a lot of money saved up for it, it could be expensive.
Work out how much it'd cost for your preferred pet (morphing potion + PB if possible), then don't spend any more than that
