Yep after a long time. Last time she was in the BC was in the spring? Summer?

Thanks. I don't think I will place this week. It'll be a first for me with both that pet and the species. I've had trouble placing in other species, but never ruki.

Up till this week I've somehow managed to place in ruki. I gather I was just lucky all those weeks. Seems that ruki has gotten very competitive since I had left the BC several month ago. What happened? More people? That must be it.

I've counted at least 4, maybe 5 rukis being advertised avidly, not counting mine. Not that it's a bad thing, but had I known that was going to happen, I would have entered later.

I'm glad I didn't choose last week. I didn't see them advertise, but I see the winner's votes got well into the 300 range.

I'm not going to withdraw from the contest as that would be quitting and poor sportsmanship, but I think I'll give up wasting time on the boards and advertising this week. In the mean time prepare another entry for Tairrena for next week.

If this image fails to place I plan to enter it the week after next if I end up getting 2nd place or lower next week. I'll alternate between two entries until Tairrena get's BC banned.

Theres some week were theres weak comitition, lile last week would have been ideal, like it was for the winner. This weekwoulda been okay if there was less people. Also, your in it xD Losing to you, I wouldnt mind one bit. As long as I lost to REAL art ♥

Your ruki is good too. Has it ever placed? I've seen it entered before, but I'm unsure. I looked at your pet and didn't find any trophies, but I thought it had placed a while ago.

Maybe it got very close. I can't remember if I had voted for it in previous contests or voted for someone else and hoped yours would place.

This week is tough because there are quite a few ruki entries I'd like to see placed with mine (if mine did place), but sadly, that can't happen. Some of us will have to miss out this week. Hopefully next week will be better. Just keep entering yours and hopefully it will place. It's worth placing.

Yeah, I had entered the same picture on his page (the faceshot one) but i didnt advertise because I had a bori in at the same time, too, and I was mor focused on her winning, so I advertised her. I think He wond up placing 5th or something. xD

I guess you could consider me an expert, though there's always new twists in the field, so I doubt I'm anywhere near mastering the art. pardon the lame pun. XD I used to be more obsessive in advertising and would get better results. I would stay on the boards long enough to figure out my competitor's schedules and advertise when they were not around. Once they'd get on, I'd be like cut throat, ready to pounce on their boards. Then there are the other BC regulars I'd taunt and poke into their boards.

You can go ahead and look up my pets. If Tairrena doesn't get a trophy this week, it may dissappoint me for a few minutes, but really, not a big deal. It's not like she hasn't had any success in the BC at all. It will will be a first for that species if I don't place though. It shows me that ruki like any of the other lesser species has stepped up a notch since I last entered a ruki.

Probably my pteri. I have drawn some new things of her. But I need to get them colored.

I will advertise on the boards I guess. I tend to avoid them, but it might be a nice thing to learn.
