At the moment, I see only 207 post (you advertised 15,000), which is considered false advertising against the rules.
I notice the advertisement of certain programmes, and the submittal thereof. Whilst this isn't against the rules, I am sorry to say that on a Neopets site, this is against the rules, as the use of programmes to do anything on Neopets is considered against the Neopets T&C, and hence the rules of the Bill Board.
You are asking for donations in Neopets, which we consider begging and against the rules.
Furthermore, without posting what the forum is about and requiring sign-up, I feel that this is verging on Spam.
Becuase of this, I am locking this topic. If you contest with any of these, please PM me for a discussion, and a possibility of unlocking
