X3; I coloured and drew him on Illustrator. He is anthro, so if any of you guys dislike anthro its fine.

I totally understand if you guys think its not neopets enough - I was taking a risk when I decided to enter something like this.

Yes, that Cybunny is dressed as Cloud from Final Fantasy VII.

Anyway, I already voted. This picture is AMAZING. And you did that with Illustrator... Jeez, that program is so hard to work with x_x;;
