Well, y'all know the drill. 
I'd like to only refer people who actually want to keep Premium, or pay for at least one month, so I get my nifty referral prizes. You can pay either by Paypal, credit card, or debit card, and they do ask for your billing info right when you sign up. After the 15-day trial. you will be automatically billed.
