Is there a good time to buy Bottled Faeries?

How would you analyze the market for Bottled Faeries? I figure the prices probably are going to continue to rise. Any wisdom on buying and consumption?

Wait until after december. It's still going down after the war.

Personally, I would wait until after the war when you see other battle items deflating. It's best to just watch the prices and see when they start to go down.
