Story idea; Is it good?

I was thinking about submitting a story to the NT.
What do you think?
It's about a pet that was made invisible by the lab ray one day. It basically shows what its like to be a invisible pet.
Never getting called on in Neoschools, ect. ect. ect.
I havn't been able to decide on a name either.
I looked on babynames.com, and here is what I came up with, by searching for "Clear" and "invisible".
Name Meaning Origin Gender
CLARAL Clear, Bright French Female
KENDA Child of clear, cool water English Female
SELIA Blind Celtic/Gaelic Female
I havn't totally formed the plot yet, but I was wondering what you guys thought.

I tried my best to find names that meant clear that werent freakishly quirky...a hard task indeed.

I vote for SELIA! Is it hard to zap an invisible pet? How do you know if it is holding still .....

I was thinking either...
A. A new ban on zapping Invisible pets because "owners" were pretending ot have an invisible pet, so that they could throw them selfs in front of the lab ray instead.
B. Her not being zapped to a diffrent color, only gaining points and stuff.

I wrote a story like this about an Acara who was accidentally painted invisible and was depressed about it and defeated sloth using her invisibility. It was a continous series... and was rejected. 
Probably because I don't write well.
