I don't think they have been activated yet. Just because a new item is annouced on the News as released doesn't mean it has started stocking in the shops.

If an item is activated the name will appear on the Shop Wiz. So you can search for items containing the word "turkey" and see if you come across a new turkey related item. That's how you can find the names.
