With Neopets time warp, I got items I sent to my friend back.
But my friend still has these items to.
And I don't want to get frozen or anything....
And I used 5 codestones my other friend gave me as a gift.
But she has all 10 of them back....
What do we do?

Report them in a Bug forum. My friend got his Sleep ray and Ring of Weightlessness(*cries*) duped and he reported them. TNT gave him 2 scratchcards, but didn't take the items away, but when he took the duped items out of trades...they went away.

His other friend reported the glitch and got to keep them.

yea, I just sold all my stuff from my SDB, got over 100k.


And now it's all back in my SDB, but I still have the nps...
I'm not sellin it, waitin a few days to see if TNT posts anything...but there's no reason to freeze us...we got items back, and they're legit. But then again...TNT doesn't always need a GOOD reason to go on an icing spree...

Every single item I sent to another account is on that account and I'm discarding them all. Do you think it's too late to bug report? Because I gave items from all my accounts.

EDIT - come to think of it, where the heck IS the bug report?

Sell the duped items, of course.

I think TNT would've noticed a fricken' duped Snow Faerie Doll sitting in your inventory by now. If anything happens, just blame TNT for it (but do it nicely and professionally unlike I would).

Send a bug report, and if you'll feel safer discard the items. They might not go freeze-happy since they know that the site was extremely glitchy recently, so you should be fine.

It's better to report an item then just keep it. if you get frozen in the future and it seems related to what happened yesterday...you got only yourself to blame for not telling.

I think you are OK in keeping/selling the items as long as you sent in a bug report to Neopets stating the extra items reappeared in your SDB. It might be a good idea to wait until you get a response from Neopets before doing anything with them, just to be on the safe side.

When my shop was rolled back two days in late Spring, I had items sitting in my shop that I had already sold--yet the items that I had put in during those two days were gone. I send a bug report in and got the reply "Thanks for reporting the bug, yada, yada, but we can't compensate you for any losses."

Since they sent me back a report and said nothing about "deja vu" items that had reappeared in my shop, I took that as a sign that it was OK to keep those those items that had magically reappeared. I figured that if they weren't going to compensate me for the lost items, that it was only fair that I be allowed to sell "deja vu" items--the gain from that helped lessen the loss that I suffered. And, I ended up selling the items and nothing bad happened to me.

Also, after the TP glitch last year, Neo basically said that it was OK to keep any items that you may have gotten by mistake:

"SITE UPDATE - By the way, we apologise about all the problems with the Island Trading Post. Basically, we had to rewrite it because there were so many trades the script that processed it couldn't keep up with the sheer amount of trades. When it came back up it went haywire and started giving the wrong stuff to the wrong people. We really are sorry but we didn't have any logs of what happened, so if you gained stuff accidentally - why not donate it to people who lost stuff? "

So, personally I think it is OK to keep the stuff. However, I am not doing anything with my extra items until I get an email from staff at least acknowledging my bug report.

I got affected by that rollback too. I had two trading post offers, but got one back. The other one is still trapped in the TP glitch...I don't know if to fill a bug report since I don't know if I lost the money on those trades or they are still there.

So I've sent a bug report.
Still no responce....
But Jasujo thinks I should give the Snow Faerie items to her for her Christmas Giveaway.
Or give them to the money tree.
If I was 100% sure it is safe I'd give them to Jasujo....

I got my lab map pieces cloned, I want to sell em'.

I had just sold a Techo Trans. potion in trades not too long ago.. and I went to my invotory and saw about 10 potions things sitting there. I was like O.O For a seconds before I realized that they were Super Strength Healing Potion that I got for the war.. xDD I wish I had gotten that potion back..>>
