never noticed the game until yesterday (not sure how though )
but i am exactly 7 meters/feet/points/whatever away from a first place trophy (because of my username, id knock the current third down one )
so any tips? ive gotten the bounce down, and ive figured a way to pick up the speed (if you miss, the wind is reset at a differant value, rinse and repeat until i get 9 )

If you've got the bounce... that's all you need to try and get a high score.
You should always hit wiht 9mph (as you do)
The only thing that you need to focus on is timing of the initial hit on kass. But that's hard to give advice on. Just keep at it, and make sure the bounces keep on happenin'

The thing that makes or breaks your score in this game is when you release the spacebar, allowing his wings to flap as he's coming down.

If there's even the slightest hitch between free-flight and flapping, then you've lost your trophy - it's gotta be a perfectly-smooth transition from one to the other. I haven't yet figured out exactly where that is.

ive been getting good results with a slight delay, that is letting him fall a bit before releasing the space bar.
but meh, ive been unable to get him to bounce more than thrice, at any decent rate

I just can't seem to able to bounce when I want to. I don't get it.

To create a bounce, do the following:

-Click on Kass just as he hits the ground (to cause him to hold his wings against his body, rather than flap)
-Release the mouse button at the peak of the going-uppy-part of the bounce.
-repeat as necessary.

You don't need to click ON the Kass.. just clicking will do :-p

Hm, doing the bounce trick, my scores seem to decline. From 987 to 793 (and I can't seem to get that 1018 I got before anymore). :\ The only thing supporting my score is what shapu said about the falling part.

Tese tips have really helped.. Have managed to finally get from 372 to 397!! I still cant get to 450 to move on (

The bread level is the hardest. You have to do all the moves in a much smaller time frame. To beat the first level, work on the flight and not the bounce. You can easily get far enough to access the stick level just by wind and holding down the space/mouse while kass flies upward and letting him flap down.

my high score is 1173

but i accidently reset my scores and now its 1170

Meh.....probably just me but I asked get past 450

My high score is 1,178 and it's not enough for a trophy. It seems the highest anyone has gotten is 1,184.

It really is all about clicking/letting go at the perfect time, and it's really difficult to do properly. I've gotten 1,178 a few times, but I'm having trouble even doing that anymore.

I managed to get 5 bounces today, and I was 10m away from the scoreboard

I'm glad no-one had managed to get any higher than the top 3, otherwise I'd slp into 4th place and lose my 750 a day bonus
