Hi everyone, Im so sorry to post this here, but Illusen wants something I cannot buy...

its at Quest 33, and she wants

"An Eyrie Evening"

Can anyone help,,

Thanks so much in advance,

EDIT: *Cries* back to square 1.... There were 4 of them in the trades and I bid on them all but noone answered...

Just as a matter of interest is there anywhere I can go if this happens again, to ask for items that are unbuyable , its hard too as Illusen only allow 15 mins. Any suggestions on how to compete the entire quest ?

For those who have completed it, how did you find the unbuyable items?

thanks again,,

SS:)

Awwww Im sorry :(

Next time dont do it at this time of day because there arent that many people online, I try and do my quests at around 6pm NST or later because the chances of someone having the item and being online are a little higher. Or if you cant get on that late then try at the weekends, other than that, theres not much more you can do, sorry!:(

=( That sucks. I was lucky enough to get a buyable item for Quest 35.

I'd just suggest making a board here and on the neoboards, telling people that you're about to do the higher quests. This gives people time to get ready to offer assistance :)

Gone, forever.

Another way, if you are really rich, is to collect rare u/bs between r97 - r99. If you aren't that rich, you can try asking munsterpoo for backup. He has a collection of rarity 99s in another account of his, furious_lil_tiger.

I agree with the above. You may be lucky enough to find someone nice who's willing to give you the item.

Sorry to hear about this! That really stinks...all the way to quest 33....

wait untill around 6 PM NST. the majority of neopets players come from aThe United States. Also, most of them are young enough to attend school.

so If you wait untill everyone who lives there is home from school, there is a better chance that they can be online to help.

Also, make a board on the neopets battledome/trades chat. Many people with a lot of R99 items, or just a lot of items, can be found on those boards, and with those peoples attentions, your chances of getting an item you need will be greatly increased.

another suggestion-
see if munsterpoo is on...he started aR99 gallery to help him get i-staff, and, after achieving this, still has many many many R99 items left over.

Hope it helps
~phyre.
