Is there any system to how the wishing well grants items to players? A long time ago I think there was discussion how only items within a certain rarity index were given out, and that the wishes weren't dependent on the number of Neopoints donated.

I really don't know, it's most likely random.

I remember trying very hard to get something from the Well, even something really small, but it never worked.

People on the chatboards say they've won amazing stuff, but it seems like it would be pretty rare. I'm sorry more of us haven't had good experiences with it!
