Icetravaganza Scratchcard

I just tried to price my first Icetravaganza Scratchcard. I was surprised to find that there are none that are buyable on the wiz. I really don't know why they are worth so much. Could someone fill me in and give suggestions on what I should do with it? Thanks

Always check the Trading Post

The scratchcards go for between 110,000 and 115,000 nps. They are priced so high because it is the Icetravaganza Card that will win you the jackpot. If youre lucky

Selling it is always a good option, but If you want to chance it, well...thats up to you =)

They are near buyable, actually, maybe around 110k. I wouldn't bother trying to get that much for it though, I would rather plop it in my shop for 99k. But if 10k means a lot to you, by all means try to find a buyer on the TP.

Oh, and if you are planning to scratch it, I would suggest you have at least 5 or so, since your chances of getting the jackpot by just scratching one is pretty low. Also, wait for the jackpot to be >800k before you scratch it.

Wow lucky you! I know if I ever got one Id be too much of a wimp to actually use it! Has anyone here ever used one?

I never realized they were such a big deal. I wouldn't have guessed it was my first one until I saw the price of them. I would have remembered that lol I don't want to scratch it. I have terrible luck. Do they sell well on the TP or should I take a loss in my shop? Well, not really a loss since I got it from the snowager for free.

I use every scratchcard I buy from the wocky.. so far have only gotten 2.. of course I haven't won anything from that 2

The prices of the cards increases with the increase of the jackpot though.. I recall there was once.. the jackpot went up to over 2 million and the cards are sold for around 135k then.. but it's quite rare that the jackpot goes over 2 million..

About a year and a half ago I went on an "Icetravaganza Spree" you could call it. I bought 5 tickets (Thanks to Taelia I had a DBD and sold it for 510k lol those were the days!). I played them throughout the course of a few weeks. Out of the 5 tickets I won the jackpot twice and made 780,000nps.

That was such a fun time for me on neo.

I dont recommend doing that now though, because the chances of winning are MUCH lower than they used to be.

Id put it in the trading post and if it doesnt sell by the time you go offline take it out and pop it in your shop.

Ok, another stupid question...how do you know what the JP is up to on these cards?

Current Scratchcard Jackpot : 460675 NP!!! might be worth holding onto your card til the jackpot goes up abit.....

I used one in February and lost. LOL. I usually sell them too, but that one I got was a birthday present from a friend so I went ahead and chanced it for fun.

Generally you're better off selling them in your shop for 99999 than either scratching them or selling them on the TP.

TP sells are a bit rough for the Ice cards because the people there are trying to get a deal, and the max price is only 115k. If you want to safely try to earn more than 99999, put it in your auctions for 99000, setting the bids to go at 1k. That way it's guarenteed to sell for no less than 100k, as it would with your shop, but if you're lucky, you may get more, without the hassle of reselling items.

Scratching them is not advisable, I've scratched quite a few without winning :(

You have to be scratching a card in order to see the jackpot. The amount is displayed just underneath the picture of the card
