i need any info that you can give
like, how often they restock, and how often you can visit.

Their restocks are random, pretty much, and once a set number, 150, I think, of an item from the cove exists, no more are sold. Visitng there and then refreshing once or twice will get you banned from it for about 30 minutes...I think. It's not wise to visit too often. The only time I would go was if I saw the news updated the second it happened, and they announced a new item being stocked there.

i was just wondering cuz i found a really good weapon that was being sold there for a cheap price:)
but i probably can't get it anymore:(

It's like an addicting game...trying to buy from the pirates. I think it is like trying to restock from Kayla's Potion shop but more difficult; with a much higher reward. That seems to be a neoepts trademark harder to do = bigger prize
