Ok, I've been contemplating whether or not to upgrade my shop size to 500 (going to cost a fortune!) and stocking up tremendously on a certain category of items. Is it really worth it? I see all the big-name players all are either in one, or have huge shops for one, and they seem to make a decent amount of np.

So I ask you, would the profits from the mall (over time), be greater than the cost to actually get your shop on the market place map?

Any help would be appreciated, esp. from people who are either in malls, know people who have been in malls, or were in malls. Thanks.

I've never been in a mall, so take this with a grain of salt. It seems to me that malls rely heavily on newbies who are not aware of the shop wiz or who are doing faerie quests and don't know how to ask for help (that was the only mall shopping I ever did). So I would guess that quest items would be the most profitable things to sell in a mall setting.

I don't know about malls per se... but when I linked my sist'ers shop from my own, she noticed an increase in her shop sales. I think it's the linking and inherent laziness in people that are the bonuses to the mall shop...

well, i usually don't buy stuff from big malls.
