This is the current better than you set at 4000 points.
When the game first came out without a timer it was possible to sit and destroy robots all day... boring but a guarenteed a good score.

Now there is a timer you can't do that.
I can finish the game - all levels but just scrape around 1500-1600 points.

Anyone who does win 'better than you' by getting 4000 points or more must be cheating or pushing the boundaries of the game in some way...

I notice apparently 1 person has beaten it....
Maybe this is a 'cheat' test... to freeze anyone who does make the score..

Or maybe TNT glitched by not clearing the high score when they changed the game by putting the timer into it and based the score on the obsolete high score table...

No, there IS a way to get that many points - if you just camp out on each level and push blocks at enough baddies, you can do it.

It's just almost impossible.

And they don't count previous high scores against BTY, just scores submitted after BTY is released.

Ouch, I just noticed.

I played the game the first day and my name is on the high score chart for the list....I was in last place for bronze trophy (which I got) and I'm still there...after all this time, showing that with the timer it's hard to get there now.

My mail is filled every day with "how did you score so high...?" mails.

Personally, I thought the game was a lot more fun without the timer...but with it scoring that high is *nearly* impossible. *shakes head*

Dunno how this BTY will turn out, but I gotta agree, I don't see many folks scoring up there now with the timer.



That one was my guess, because they didn't clear the scores...I think BTY takes an average score from the score tables...

Even though I'm on the table, I thought they should clear the tables after the timer was added, and give other folks a chance at getting a trophy now.
