Well my accounts were recently frozen, all of them, and for those of you who remember me, I am back, seeing Neopets is no longer fun for me. They IP Locked me, but luckily it spared my sister! I really need help! I emailed William and the form, what else can I do?

I think pretty much the only thing you can do is email them. Since they've IP banned you, even starting a new account is out of the question, I suppose. I still wonder why they would IP lock you.

That sucks!! I would be so smurf if that happened to me. Especially, if i put alot of effort into my neopets etc. Well, hopefully you'll get it back soon...and that way you wont be bored with neopets. Because it can be annoying trying to gain back everything you accomplished before.

An IP is a number thing that sort of labels your computer, I guess, and if they ban you on a site that means your computer cannot go there.

Sorry if I am wrong, I'm not really what you would call a "computer smart" person, sometimes.

they might not have ip banned you [if your sister is alright] they might just have email banned you - try signing up for a new account with a different email address good luck getting yr old accounts back though.

An IP is a number thing that sort of labels your computer, I guess, and if they ban you on a site that means your computer cannot go there.

That's 100% correct. IP addresses are sets of four numbers, separated by periods, like 192.168.1.1, where the first two numbers "define" your internet service provider (for example, 68.65.x.x might be Southwestern Bell), and the last two are given to your computer by your ISP. They can be static (unchanging) or you can get a different one each time you sign on.

Xalax, I don't think you've been IP banned, else your sister would have been banned as well. You've probably been email-banned, so if you want to start a new account, just do it with a new email address that isn't similar to your old ones.

By the way - if you're still convinced you were IP banned, and have DSL or cable, just turn off your router and modem, then turn them on again. You'll be given a new IP address by your ISP, unless it's static, and I don't know of many residential providers who issue static IPs.

I just wanna get a bit more info on the situation:

Were you transfering Neopets between accounts?
NP between accounts?
Items between accounts?
If so, were they high value items?

Were you a Pet-adopter for any sites or something but didn't clearly say so on your account? Cause I know of people who have been frozen for such things cause it looked like they were selling pets off.

And that many pets... If you had 4 per account... You're not meant to have 5+ accounts...

Right there, but I didnt, I clearly posted on my lookup that they were never for sale or trade. I have an idea of what happened, but Im not sure.

Check that on the poogle count, only about 7
