Kacheeks Got A Revamp!

Seems the Kacheeks got a revamp. They are okay......

And yet it's enough of a retouch that I don't like it.

Maybe it's just the shock of it being different, though I don't think it needed any touching up in the first place.

Hm, looks like they made a mistake with the green one, the shadow is bright green instead of dark. XP

Well...I'm liking how the lines are thicker, but I don't really like how the oval crest is kinda pushed down. ><

I like the old one better, this one makes it too...cartoony. The other one just had more seriousness, this makes it seem like a clown

Kind of old news. It was in the New Features and in a few posts already.

Anyway, I like it. It's a nice little touch-up. Nothing too drastic but it definately makes them fit in a lot more.

You people like extremely boring things. The old Kacheek was boring. The thicker lines, brighter colours and the eyes make this one look a lot more lively.

Well when they released that, people here pointed out that all of the poses got a tweak.

Meh, the eyes are a bit too sparkly, but the Kacheeks look fine. Island needs a revamp very badly.

The only thing I ever thought was weird was the circle pic - the kacheek was SO much bigger than the other pets on the quick ref page.

Honestly, if I never saw this thread. . .I would have never known they got a revamp. They looked cute before. . and they still look cute.

Meh, it's alright. Lines are too noticably thick for my liking. I'm glad they sorta fixed up the stupid thing's tail. Tails aren't supposed to have only one joint, the old one practically had a knee.
