No, in the past, if you challenged AAA but only managed to beat Abi's score, you'd forfeit that day's prize, but you'd still get silver (rather than a participant medal). Because you did beat Abi every single day, even if you didn't get the prize for it.

Yeah, I saw that - TNT didn't include that clause this year in the rules, and people are crying foul because it wasn't clearly stated either way - though there is one of the FAQ questions that pretty much says you can't challenge Chadley and get Abi's score and be clear. I think this changed at least with the previous DD, but I'm not sure.


ETA: Apparently enough people thought that the bronze trophy looked like gold, and that the gold looked...icky...that TNT actually fixed it. Now my gold trophy matches my other gold trophies, woot!
