Hi all. I've missed PPT *so* bad. I'm glad it's back, especially since we are having a major problem. I was wondering, has anyone's shop disappeared? My husband's shop is totally gone as of Saturday (5/29). He had tons of items in it. I can't remember what size it was, but I know it was over 40. It's not only empty, but says he doesn't even have one. When he goes to look at it, it tells him he has yet to create one. Is anyone else having this problem?

We're hoping they are updating some or switching them to a new database like before or something. I hope all those items and np invested in the shop size aren't gone. It'd cost a bundle to replace it all.

I had the "you haven't created a shop yet" briefly the other night. But while the shop soon returned, several items that disappeared from my shop/trades/inventory starting the day before did not.

At this point I've lost a 20-dubloon coin, a couple 10-dubloon coins, a Chip-Butty pizza, a Honey Blossom, a Straw Chair, at least 5 Race to Riches cards, probably a Faeries Fortune card, at least one (and probably several) other assorted items, and probably a fair amount out of my till. My Lord Kass Plushie appears to be in limbo, so I'm not sure whether that will evaporate too. And my wife wants me to pay her back the 30K NP that vanished in a vain attempt to rescue one of my 10-dubloon coins.

On the other hand, a Christmas Noil that I had recently sold reappeared in my shop, so that mitigates (but doesn't come close to making up for) the losses.

Please note, though, I'm not begging -- I'm still doing pretty well overall (reached a new milestone in my bank account the other day) -- just ranting a bit.

I got the 'you have not created a shop' thing last night, a big gasp from me :shock: , but when I refreshed everything was back.

His has been gone since Saturday, though. I'm a little worried since this is day three and there's no sign of it. When you send a bug report (like if your shop disappears) will you get anything back from them, like a neomail/email or something? Should he send something to support somewhere as well or should the bug report be enough? Gah, I just hope it all comes back.

It happened to me too, but it came back yesterday... it's a good thing too, I have a lot of school items in my shop that are for my gallery.

Same thing happened to my sister's shop. Her's hasn't come back, either.

I happened to me briefly, when I refreshed my shop was back again, but it said I didn't have any items in my shop. When I checked my stock I found that all my items' prices had been changed to zero. I fixed them, but then it happened again. It seems alright now though, hopefully TNT's looking in to it.

A lady from my guild said when she logged in last night that in her shop, all the items had been set back to 0 price. She has quite a large shop so repricing everything is going to take her awhile! Also, I found something on the Shop Wizard last night that I wanted to buy but when I clicked on it it said xxxxxuser has no shop! Well, he did just a second ago!

I've heard about that happening on the Neopets Help Board (the things I do when PPT's not around...) Apparently, it's been happening to quite a few people. I suggest removing ALL items from shops until it's sorted out. Especialy galleries!

this is wierd... my shop went away too, as if i never had one, so i left it and it came back and i never lost anything :?

That happened to me last night, but luckily everything came back priced. Since his hasen't come back in three days, I'd send in a bug report. I really hope he gets everything back!

that happened to me Sat. also. I had a shop around 35 in size. everything is gone and it says that I don't have a shop. I wonder what's going on? and more importantly can we get our stuff back? O.O

Ditto to what 1lewysgal said - we also had another member of the guild who lost all her paintbrushes that were in her shop - they haven't returned yet. She's sent in a note to the team but has not heard anything yet :?

Wierd... mine didn't disappear, but like lewysgal said, all my prices went to zero, and the pictures wouldn't show. Just the infamous red "x". Everything's normal now. On a different yet similar rant, I finally got enough NP for my eighth lab map piece that same night, and in my half-awake stupor, bought the wrong one!! I ended up eating about 2K (not much, but still..) trying to sell it to recoup the NP. Ugh. ::insert mrgreen face here!::

Yep, that's what happened to him. He had a ton of stuff in there, but what I'd like to get back the most is his shop size. It was over 40 (not sure on the exact size, though). That'd cost a ton to remake.
