What is the latest web standard used for coding shops, pet pages and the like on Neopets? Does anyone know of a good guide I can use?

CSSHELP's Homepage is a good place to get you started. If you need premades, look for Drifting Dreams Premades, Izzy's Graphics, and Sunnyneo.

If you want to make images for yourself out on Neopets Images, a great place to start is Dr.Sloth.com
