Anywho, to access the petpet lab - you must first have access to the regular lab ray, which can be achieved by redeeming all 9 Secret Laboratory Map Pieces.

After that, you must redeem all 9 Petpet Laboratory Map Pieces, and then visit this link:

http://www.neopets.com/petpetlab.phtml

Then, once you zap your petpet - come here and tell us about it :D

The ray produces a giant flash of light, but Puppup doesn't look any different. When it can't even climb the Multi-level Scratching Post you bought it, you realize that malfunctioning lab ray actually decreased its level to: 4
