EDIT: For the love of in-jokes, please submit your own Candy Mountain-related captions! Even if mine doesn't get through, I'd like to see at least one finalist reference it. ;)

Anyone know whats up with Captain threelegs? My Girlfriend is trying to put her uni in for Free training and it's asking her to pay, her sister missed out on wocky Day becaue of the same problem =/

Uni Day technically doesn't start until tomorrow. They always post the news a day early. Try going during March 2nd according to Neopets time.
