Logging In Problems

I just recently decided to start playing neopets again with my old account soaringeagle2007. I remember my password but for some reason the birthday I enter won't work. I dont know whether it's a glitch or if when I created that account long ago I entered a fake birthday (I was very cautious back then.) If I did enter a fake birthday and am not able to figure it out, what will I do?I doubt there is anyway the Neopets Staff can help me with this because I'm sure that many people use this excuse just to get into other peoples accounts. I'd start a new account but I don't want to let go of all my painted pets =(

Any one know how to fix this problem and/or get the neopets staff to reset the password? I was thinking they could send an email to the email account I registered it with and that would be proof enough but I'm not for sure.

You have to try one by one.

They used to have no limit on birthday guesses, but now you only have 3 tries per day Ive lost more than one older account because I didnt like putting in my real birthday either.

If you can, create/use another account and neofriend the one you cant get into. That'll show you your age, and let you figure out what birthyear you put in. From there, you just have 366 days or so to choose from. Maybe you used your real month of birth with a different date. Or a different month with the same date. Sometimes people use holidays or have dates that they'd use over others, and so on. Good luck getting into it again.

Don't you have to accept the neofriend request first in order to see the age details? Then sending a request won't help, because she can't get in the original account to accept the request

No, you don't have to accept the neofriend request to see the age as far as I know.
